Who am I?

I'm Catherine Zack (Cath). I'm a meditation teacher, executive coach, and co-owner of Village Yoga in the Hudson Valley. I've been teaching meditation for over 15 years.

I spent years as a corporate litigator before I finally listened to the Portal calling me. I was dying inside—burnt out, lifeless, stressed beyond belief. I used Practice to finally SEE that I had to quit. And Practice has been my anchor through every Portal since: becoming a mother, opening a business, turning 40, navigating the pandemic.

I host Portal Retreats, work 1:1 with clients in 6-month coaching containers, and created The 40 Portal Podcast—40 women sharing real stories about their Portal moments.
